How long will the renovation take?
4 weeks from the day we start on site, guaranteed, for bathrooms and kitchens. Everything is ordered before we start, so there's no waiting halfway through. For every day we run over, we pay you $1,000.
Is it possible to renovate both spaces at once?
Yes. This is often the best option for reducing disruption and achieving a consistent finish.
Are all trades included?
Yes. Our team manages all trades and ensures the project follows Victorian building standards.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We're a licensed builder and fully insured for all bathroom and kitchen renovations. Your project is also covered by Domestic Building Insurance, which Victorian law requires for work over $16,000. It protects you if a builder dies, disappears or becomes insolvent before the job is done.
What if you find problems once the walls come off?
It happens, especially in older homes. If we find hidden damage, we stop, show you photos, and give you a fixed price to fix it. Nothing extra happens without your written sign-off.
How much does a bathroom renovation cost?

Can I live at home during the renovation?
Yes, most clients do. We seal off the work area, protect your floors, and clean up every day. If your home only has one bathroom, we'll talk through the options with you before we quote.
What is the payment process?
A 5% deposit to secure your start date, then four 25% stage payments at demolition, waterproofing, tiling and handover.
