How long does a renovation take?
4 weeks from the day we start on site, guaranteed, for bathrooms and kitchens. Everything is ordered before we start, so there's no waiting halfway through. For every day we run over, we pay you $1,000.
Do you renovate holiday homes?
Yes. We can work while you're away and keep you updated with photos, so the house is ready when you next arrive.
Which parts of the southern Peninsula do you cover?

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We're a licensed builder and fully insured for all bathroom and kitchen renovations. Your project is also covered by Domestic Building Insurance, which Victorian law requires for work over $16,000.
What if you find problems once the walls come off?
It happens, especially in older homes. If we find hidden damage, we stop, show you photos, and give you a fixed price to fix it. Nothing extra happens without your written sign-off.

Can I still use my kitchen during the renovation?
Not while it's being built, but most clients stay at home. We'll help you plan a simple temporary setup in another room, such as a fridge, microwave and kettle, and ordering the cabinetry first keeps that time as short as possible.
Do you supply the appliances?
We install them. We can source appliances through our trusted suppliers, or fit ones you've bought yourself. Either way, they're planned into the design and the quote from the start.
