The price you sign is the price you pay. Only two things can change it: you change the plan, or we open a wall and find something nobody could have seen. If that happens, we stop, show you, and nothing goes ahead until you've approved the price in writing.

Your kitchen is finished four weeks from the day we start on site. For every day we run over, we pay you $1,000. It's written into your contract.

Every job is run by a licensed builder and backed by our 10-year warranty. Your project is also covered by Domestic Building Insurance, required by Victorian law, which protects you if a builder can't finish the job.

A makeover keeps your layout, plumbing and most of the cabinets, and replaces what you see and touch: doors, benchtops, splashback, tapware and lighting. A renovation starts from an empty room and can change the layout.
How much does a kitchen makeover cost?
It depends on what you keep and what you replace. You get an itemised, no-obligation, fixed-price quote, and that's the price you pay.
How long does a kitchen makeover take?
Finished within 4 weeks from the day we start on site, guaranteed. For every day we run over, we pay you $1,000.
Can I keep my existing benchtop or appliances?
Yes. We tell you what's worth keeping when we quote, and only replace what you want changed.
Can I live at home during the makeover?
Yes. We protect your floors, seal off the work area and clean up every day, and we'll talk through how you'll manage while the kitchen is out of action.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We're a licensed builder and fully insured for all bathroom and kitchen renovations. Your project is also covered by Domestic Building Insurance, which Victorian law requires for work over $16,000.
