The Luxury Bathrooms PromiseThe price you sign is the price you pay. Only two things can change it: you change the plan, or we open a wall and find something nobody could have seen. If that happens, we stop, show you, and nothing goes ahead until you've approved the price in writing.
Every bathroom and kitchen is finished four weeks from the day we start on it. For every day we run over, we pay you $1,000. It's written into your contract.
Every job is run by a licensed builder and backed by our 10-year warranty. Your project is also covered by Domestic Building Insurance, required by Victorian law, which protects you if a builder can't finish the job.
If you're not happy with the way we've looked after you, we'll pay you $1,000 in cash. We've built our name on how we treat people, and we're prepared to back it.

Usually not. We schedule the rooms so you keep a working bathroom or kitchen wherever possible. If both have to be done at once, some clients choose a short stay elsewhere, and we'll plan the timing with you.
