The price you sign is the price you pay. Only two things can change it: you change the plan, or we open a wall and find something nobody could have seen. If that happens, we stop, show you, and nothing goes ahead until you've approved the price in writing.
Finished in 4 weeks, or we pay you.
Your kitchen is finished four weeks from the day we start on site. For every day we run over, we pay you $1,000. It's written into your contract.
10-year warranty. Fully licensed.
Every job is run by a licensed builder and backed by our 10-year warranty. Your project is also covered by Domestic Building Insurance, required by Victorian law, which protects you if a builder can't finish the job.
Happy with our service, or $1,000 back.
If you're not happy with the way we've looked after you, we'll pay you $1,000 in cash. We've built our name on how we treat people, and we're prepared to back it.
The kitchen is the heart of the home. We offer complete kitchen renovation services in Moorabbin, from smart space planning and custom cabinetry to benchtop installations and appliance integration.
Your cabinetry is made to measure and ordered before demolition day, and the stone is measured as soon as the cabinets are in. That's how your Moorabbin kitchen is finished four weeks from the day we start on site, at the price you signed.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you handle council approvals for Moorabbin renovations?
Yes, we're familiar with local requirements and can assist with all necessary permits.
Can you renovate my kitchen and bathroom at the same time?
Absolutely. Coordinating both projects can be more efficient and cost-effective.
Do you offer design services as well as building?
Yes, our team handles everything - from design concepts to the final install.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We're a licensed builder and fully insured for all bathroom and kitchen renovations. Your project is also covered by Domestic Building Insurance, which Victorian law requires for work over $16,000. It protects you if a builder dies, disappears or becomes insolvent before the job is done.
What if you find problems once the walls come off?
It happens, especially in older homes. If we find hidden damage, we stop, show you photos, and give you a fixed price to fix it. Nothing extra happens without your written sign-off.
How much does a kitchen renovation cost?
A full kitchen renovation with quality materials and custom design typically ranges from $30,000 to $100,000+, depending on the size of the space, the materials you choose, and the level of customisation.
You get a no-obligation, fixed-price quote, and that's the price you pay.
How long does a kitchen take?
4 weeks from the day we start on site, guaranteed. Your cabinetry is ordered before we start and the stone is measured the moment the cabinets are in, so the whole job fits in 4 weeks. For every day we run over, we pay you $1,000.
Can I still use my kitchen during the renovation?
Not while it's being built, but most clients stay at home. We'll help you plan a simple temporary setup in another room, such as a fridge, microwave and kettle, and ordering the cabinetry first keeps that time as short as possible.
