FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you handle council approvals for Moorabbin renovations?
Yes, we're familiar with local requirements and can assist with all necessary permits.
Can you renovate my kitchen and bathroom at the same time?
Absolutely. Coordinating both projects can be more efficient and cost-effective.
Do you offer design services as well as building?
Yes, our team handles everything - from design concepts to the final install.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We're a licensed builder and fully insured for all bathroom and kitchen renovations. Your project is also covered by Domestic Building Insurance, which Victorian law requires for work over $16,000. It protects you if a builder dies, disappears or becomes insolvent before the job is done.
What if you find problems once the walls come off?
It happens, especially in older homes. If we find hidden damage, we stop, show you photos, and give you a fixed price to fix it. Nothing extra happens without your written sign-off.
How much does a bathroom renovation cost?
Our bathrooms start from around $30,000. Most land in one of two ranges:
Upgraded bathroom, everything included: $35,000 to $40,000
High-end luxury bathroom with premium finishes: $40,000 to $50,000
Your quote is fixed. See the Luxury Bathrooms Promise above.
How long will my bathroom take?
4 weeks from the day we start on site, guaranteed. For every day we run over, we pay you $1,000.
Can I live at home during the renovation?
Yes, most clients do. We seal off the work area, protect your floors, and clean up every day. If your home only has one bathroom, we'll talk through the options with you before we quote.
