Mount Eliza is full of generous family homes, many built between the 1970s and 1990s, with bathrooms and kitchens that are ready for a change. We renovate them with the same small team from the first measure to the final clean, at a fixed price agreed before anything starts.
Whether it's an ensuite, a main bathroom or a kitchen that opens up to the living area, we design around how you use the space and the finishes you want, then finish the job four weeks from the day we start on site.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a bathroom renovation cost in Mount Eliza?
Our bathrooms start from around $30,000, and most luxury bathrooms finish between $35,000 and $50,000, everything included. You get a no-obligation, fixed-price quote, and that's the price you pay.
How long does a renovation take?
4 weeks from the day we start on site, guaranteed, for bathrooms and kitchens. Everything is ordered before we start, so there's no waiting halfway through. For every day we run over, we pay you $1,000.
Can you renovate a bathroom and a kitchen together?
Yes. One team manages both, so the trades follow on from each other and you deal with one point of contact.
Do you work across the Mornington Peninsula?
Yes. Mount Eliza is part of our regular area, along with Mornington, Mount Martha, Frankston and the rest of the Peninsula.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We're a licensed builder and fully insured for all bathroom and kitchen renovations. Your project is also covered by Domestic Building Insurance, which Victorian law requires for work over $16,000.
What if you find problems once the walls come off?
It happens, especially in older homes. If we find hidden damage, we stop, show you photos, and give you a fixed price to fix it. Nothing extra happens without your written sign-off.
Request a no-obligation, fixed-price quote, anywhere in Mount Eliza. If we can't do your bathroom or kitchen in 4 weeks at a fixed price, we'll tell you upfront.
