The Luxury Bathrooms PromiseThe price you sign is the price you pay. Only two things can change it: you change the plan, or we open a wall and find something nobody could have seen. If that happens, we stop, show you, and nothing goes ahead until you've approved the price in writing.
Your bathroom or kitchen is finished four weeks from the day we start on site. For every day we run over, we pay you $1,000. It's written into your contract.
Every job is run by a licensed builder and backed by our 10-year warranty. Your project is also covered by Domestic Building Insurance, required by Victorian law, which protects you if a builder can't finish the job.
If you're not happy with the way we've looked after you, we'll pay you $1,000 in cash. We've built our name on how we treat people, and we're prepared to back it.

We reply the same business day. No obligation.
Belmont has a mix of older brick homes, mid-century properties, renovated units and new family builds, and each comes with its own design considerations. Many bathrooms in the area were originally built with limited natural light, narrow layouts or outdated fixtures. Kitchens often need better storage, upgraded appliances and a layout that suits open-plan living.
We design each renovation to reflect your personal style, improve practicality and enhance the comfort of your home without losing its original character.
If your bathroom feels dark, cramped or outdated, a renovation can make the space feel cleaner, brighter and far more enjoyable to use. We offer complete bathroom remodel services, handling everything from layout changes and waterproofing to tiling, fixtures, lighting and custom cabinetry.
